Souls that are not WHOLE are diseased... they have to come back to heal from whatever dis-ease they carry. A life/An incarnation is an opportunity for healing the disease.
Throughout countless reincarnations, soul gets healed to the point of being WHOLE again. When soul is whole, it will not reincarnate.
